CONTRACT TERMS

12 months contract

VALIDITY PERIOD

July 31, 2026 - July 30, 2027
Renewal can be discussed as early as June 30, 2027

PAYMENT TERMS

  • This shall serve as a contract upon signing of conforme;
  • Please note that payment is required upon project approval and before the start of the project.
  • Payments for this project will be made through Bank Transfer. This will ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process throughout the project.
  • Once the proof of payment is received by our Business Growth Executive and confirmed by our billing department as reflected in our account, the project will proceed.
  • Adjustments or alterations in the project which is not reflected in this price quotation shall have an additional and/or separate billing;
  • A late interest rate of 5% of the outstanding balance will be collected if we do not receive any invoiced amount by the due date.
  • Upon renewal, the Service Fee will increase by 10% to maintain service quality and support. Changes take effect at the start of the new term unless otherwise agreed.
